FINANCE INNOVATION is a global business and research cluster dedicated to financial services. Founded in 2007 by the French Public Authorities, FINANCE INNOVATION is the unique cluster for innovation in the French financial sector. We primarily focus on projects concerning strong economic, social, and environmental issues to promote growth and employment. With over 550 members (primarily innovative SMEs, banks, insurance corporations but also major universities, research labs, public authorities, incubators, consultants firms and accelerators), FINANCE INNOVATION seeks to raise the key barriers and opportunities in the financial ecosystem.

Our mission is to support, promote, develop, and boost financial innovation in France and internationally. Concretely: (i) Promote and support the French Fintech ecosystem locally and internationally, while building bridges with other Fintech hubs; (ii) Advocate for a democratic and inclusive financial services industry; (iii) Support SMEs of the territory in their search for capital and funding; (iv) Attract greater investment.

FINANCE INNOVATION & INFINITECH
FINANCE INNOVATION participates in INFINITECH as the spokesperson of this vast consortium made of 48 European partners. We are leading WP9 Communication, Dissemination and Standardization actions. Our objective is to raise awareness about the project to stakeholders and all interested bodies. INFINITECH is a joint effort of global leaders in ICT and finance towards lowering the barriers for BigData/IoT/AI driven innovation and our role is to create a strong community around it. This community will be able to benefit from firsthand information about business cases and INFINITECH results in matters of Big Data, IoT and AI. Interested bodies can monitor the situation in Europe in matters of “hot” technologies and furthermore benchmark their own solutions. Furthermore, INFINITECH will make available a market platform that will provide access to the project’s solutions.
